I’ve been eyeing them for ages. I saw one the other day, like, this CRAZY bright pink one on Farfetch – they’re all about the “bright and bold colors,” apparently. Keeping your cash safe? Obvi. But also making a STATEMENT, ya know? I’m kinda tempted, but then I also saw a more… subdued one at Bloomingdale’s. Decisions, decisions! Free shipping and returns though… tempting.
And then, ugh, men’s wallets. I saw that Monaco Vertical Long Wallet at Neiman Marcus. It looked kinda slick, I gotta say. I mean, I’m not gonna buy it for *myself*, obvi (unless… nah, just kidding… maybe?), but it made me think: Balenciaga does wallets for dudes too? Mind. Blown. Okay, not *really*, but still.
Honestly, though, the RealReal is where it’s AT. Pre-owned Balenciaga for up to 90% off? Sign me UP. Sure, it might have “minor signs of wear,” and the shoes (wait, why are they talking about shoes in a wallet description? Typo alert!) might be a little scuffed, but who cares? It’s BALENCIAGA! Plus, you’re being all eco-friendly and stuff by buying used. Win-win!

The thing is, though, are they REALLY worth the hype? Like, are they *that* much better than, say, a good quality leather wallet from somewhere less… *Balenciaga-y*? Maybe. Maybe not. I guess it depends on how much you wanna flex. And how much you’re willing to spend.
