See, I found this Reddit thread mentioning “TopGrade Products INC.” and they’re all about importing and wholesaling general merchandise. Think dollar store stuff, ya know? And then there’s the *actual* Dior, Christian Dior, established in 1946, fancy clothes, the “New Look” after the war, all that jazz. So, somewhere in this online vortex, these two things seem to be colliding… or maybe just sharing a similar name.
Then you’ve got Sephora slinging Dior Higher, that grapefruit-y cologne that supposedly screams “urban youth.” I mean, I’m not sure how grapefruit screams “urban,” but hey, I’m no marketing genius. Someone online described it as “energético e sutil, com notas cítricas, de manjericão e de pera, um buquê picante e um final almiscarado.” (Energetic and subtle, with citrus, basil, and pear notes, a spicy bouquet, and a musky finish.) Sounds nice enough, right? Perfect for everyday, they say. (I probably wouldn’t know though lol).
And then there’s the Mini Miss Dior… which, frankly, sounds adorable. Apparently, if you drop over R$999 on Miss Dior stuff, you get a special *gfit* (typo alert! I love it!) So, clearly, Dior is still about that high-end life.
So where does TopGrade DIOR fit in this whole picture? Honestly? I haven’t a clue. Maybe someone thought they could capitalize on the Dior name? Maybe it’s just a weird coincidence that my Google searches are throwing up. I mean, TopGrade Products INC. probably doesn’t sell actual Dior dresses for a dollar, right? Right? Please tell me I’m right.
The whole thing is a bit… well, a bit of a mess, like trying to untangle Christmas lights after they’ve been stuffed in a box for a year. You find pieces that seem to belong, but the overall picture just doesn’t quite come together. Maybe TopGrade Products INC. is dreaming of Dior-level success? Maybe they sell those tiny spray bottles that people use to decant their Dior perfumes (okay, now I’m just grasping at straws).
